How the layout thinks
- Move and look. The left stick moves, the right stick looks, and the left stick click is sprint.
- Shoot. The right trigger fires and the left trigger aims down sights. Reload (R) is the left face button, and melee (V) the right stick click.
- Peek. The bumpers lean left (Q) and right (E).
- Body. Jump and vault (Space) are the bottom face button, crouch (Left Ctrl) the right, and interact (F) the top.
- Loadout. D-pad up is the primary weapon (1), left the secondary (2), down the gadget (3), and right the secondary gadget (4).
- Menus. The scoreboard (Tab) is on Create and Escape on Options.
Lean is on the bumpers, so you peek a corner without taking a thumb off the aim.
Tune it
- Prone. C is not in the layout. On a PlayStation pad, the touchpad press is a free home for it.
- Slow aim while scoped. Add right stick rows at half the Speed as chords on the left trigger. While you aim down sights, the slow rows take over.
- Ping. Put its key on a chord.
A half-speed look behind the aim trigger is the change that steadies your shots.

Xbox Cloud Gaming nearly always hands the game your pad. Then the game's own scheme is the one to use, and this preset stays off, because with both running every press lands twice. Check the stream with the preset off, and turn it on only if your operator does not move.

Button names follow the Xbox / PlayStation pair shown in the editor, so A / Cross is the bottom face button on either pad. On a Switch Pro Controller the bottom button is labeled B; the mapping still fires on position.
