Built-in preset
Access Controller preset
Access Controller is built for the PlayStation Access Controller with its default profile: Cross, Circle, Square, Triangle, L1, R1, L2, and R2 on the eight sockets, which the Mac sees as buttons 1 to 8 in socket order. It runs the whole desktop from one hand and is the preset to start from for any layout on that controller.
Stick = pointer; sockets click, scroll, Return, Space, and hold Command; Options and PS open Mission Control and Spotlight
Where it is in the app
It ships inside InputConfig: open the sidebar and look in its folder, or search for it. Activate it, or press Edit to see every row. It is also here as a file, identical apart from being inactive and ungrouped, for anyone who deleted theirs or wants it on another Mac.

14 rows. Button names are the Xbox / PlayStation pair the editor shows; a Switch Pro Controller fires by position. Options are the row settings that differ from the defaults.
Notes
If you changed the profile in the PlayStation app, press Scan on a row and press the socket you mean. L2 holds Command, so a press on any other socket while it is held becomes a shortcut: Command with Cross is Command-click, Command with Return opens a link in a new tab in most browsers. If the pointer drifts, raise the deadzone on the four stick rows.
