Built-in preset
MIDI: DAW Performance preset
The expressive preset: the right stick bends pitch and drives the mod wheel, the triggers send volume and expression, and the four face buttons play the notes of a C major chord with a light haptic pulse. Pick InputConfig as a MIDI input in the DAW and play.
Right stick = pitch + mod, triggers = volume/expression, face buttons play C major
Where it is in the app
It ships inside InputConfig: open the sidebar and look in its folder, or search for it. Activate it, or press Edit to see every row. It is also here as a file, identical apart from being inactive and ungrouped, for anyone who deleted theirs or wants it on another Mac.

Notes
Variable Sensitivity is on for the stick and trigger rows so the CC values follow the controls. Change the four note rows to any scale; the gamepad instrument guide has a pentatonic layout to download.
