Anki preset
This preset ships inside InputConfig, free on the Mac App Store. You don't have to make an account, there are no subscriptions, and nothing is locked. Optimized for Apple silicon.
The Anki preset is for anyone who reviews flashcards for long stretches and would rather hold a controller than reach for the number row. Anki's review loop is four keys, and four face buttons under a thumb are faster and more comfortable for an hour of cards. This preset maps the whole loop plus undo, audio replay, mark, bury, edit, the deck list and study, and scrolling for long cards. Anki is already on its auto-switch list, so with automatic switching on it activates whenever Anki comes to the front.

Where it is in the app
It ships inside InputConfig: open the sidebar and look in its folder, or search for it. Activate it, or press Edit to see every row. It is also here as a file, identical apart from being inactive and ungrouped, for anyone who deleted theirs or wants it on another Mac.

23 rows. Button names are the Xbox / PlayStation pair the editor shows; a Switch Pro Controller fires by position. Options are the row settings that differ from the defaults.
Notes
- Space does two jobs. The Anki guide explains why Space carries both show answer and Good, and which small changes are worth making.
- A study-mode light. The preset sets a light bar color, so a PlayStation pad shows when it is in study mode.
- A different big button. Anki has no setting to make Space rate Hard, Again or Easy instead of Good, so I wrote one: the free Anki Spacebar Binder add-on. One config value, and Space rates whatever you tell it to.
With automatic switching on, you only have to pick up the pad and open Anki.

To add a downloaded preset: drop the file on InputConfig's Dock icon, or click the … button next to any preset in the sidebar, choose Import Preset File, and pick the file. It lands in the sidebar, ready to activate or edit. Any launch target inside a preset file is cleared on import; add one yourself in the editor if you want it.
