Fortnite preset
This preset ships inside InputConfig, free on the Mac App Store. You don't have to make an account, there are no subscriptions, and nothing is locked. Optimized for Apple silicon.
Fortnite has had no Mac version since 2020. On a Mac it runs through cloud streaming in a browser or app, and those streams take a controller directly, so try that first: Fortnite on Mac with a controller covers it. This preset is for the other choice, playing the keyboard and mouse controls from a pad: WASD on the left stick, mouse aim on the right, fire and aim on the triggers, wall and floor on the bumpers, stairs, roof and trap on the D-pad, and edit on the right stick click.

Where it is in the app
It ships inside InputConfig: open the sidebar and look in its folder, or search for it. Activate it, or press Edit to see every row. It is also here as a file, identical apart from being inactive and ungrouped, for anyone who deleted theirs or wants it on another Mac.

24 rows. Button names are the Xbox / PlayStation pair the editor shows; a Switch Pro Controller fires by position. Options are the row settings that differ from the defaults.
Notes
- Keyboard lobbies. The game sees a keyboard and mouse, so it places you in keyboard lobbies.
- Controller lobbies instead. For controller lobbies and aim assist, use the controller natively in the stream and stop the preset.
Try the stream with the controller on its own first. This preset is the second choice.

To add a downloaded preset: drop the file on InputConfig's Dock icon, or click the … button next to any preset in the sidebar, choose Import Preset File, and pick the file. It lands in the sidebar, ready to activate or edit. Any launch target inside a preset file is cleared on import; add one yourself in the editor if you want it.
