Stacked Outputs preset
This preset ships inside InputConfig, free on the Mac App Store. You don't have to make an account, there are no subscriptions, and nothing is locked. Optimized for Apple silicon.
In this showcase preset, one button fires Space, a right click, and a MIDI note together, says Hello, and vibrates. It exists to show that outputs stack: the plus button on a row adds another output and all of them fire in parallel.
A = parallel output stack (key + click + MIDI + speech). B = parallel keystroke pair. Different from a macro: no delays, no sequence; these fire simultaneously.
Where it is in the app
It ships inside InputConfig: open the sidebar and look in its folder, or search for it. Activate it, or press Edit to see every row. It is also here as a file, identical apart from being inactive and ungrouped, for anyone who deleted theirs or wants it on another Mac.

2 rows. Button names are the Xbox / PlayStation pair the editor shows; a Switch Pro Controller fires by position. Options are the row settings that differ from the defaults.
Notes
- Add an output. The plus button on a row adds another output, and all of them fire together.
- What it is for. It suits a game action that is also logged in a DAW, or a key that is confirmed aloud.
One row can do several jobs, so you rarely need two buttons for one moment.

To add a downloaded preset: drop the file on InputConfig's Dock icon, or click the … button next to any preset in the sidebar, choose Import Preset File, and pick the file. It lands in the sidebar, ready to activate or edit. Any launch target inside a preset file is cleared on import; add one yourself in the editor if you want it.
